General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Entrepreneur the sole proprietorship that operates the webshop and acts as a seller to the consumer
Consumer the natural person who places an order for private use
Agreement the purchase agreement that is concluded between entrepreneur and consumer via the webshop
Product the item offered through the webshop and produced and shipped by Printful on behalf of the entrepreneur
Supplier Printful the party that prints products to order and sends them directly to the consumer on behalf of the entrepreneur

Article 3 Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements placed through the webshop.
Before completing an order, consumers will have access to these terms and conditions. They can also be found at any time via a link in the webshop.

Article 4 The offer

All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on the entrepreneur.
The price is shown including VAT and any additional costs.
The consumer is informed in advance about the expected delivery time. At Printful, this delivery time consists of two parts: production and shipping.
Production takes place to order via the print on demand principle.
Products may be shipped from different production locations, meaning an order may arrive in multiple packages.

Article 5 The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer completes the order and receives an order confirmation by email.
The entrepreneur has the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud or incorrect information. Any payment already made will then be refunded.

Article 6 Production and delivery

Printful produces its products to order. The average production time is two to five business days.
After production, shipping follows. Shipping time varies depending on the destination and can range from a few days to several weeks.
An order may be split into multiple shipments when products are produced from different Printful locations.
The consumer will receive tracking information per shipment as soon as it is available.
The entrepreneur remains the point of contact for the consumer and is responsible for the correct handling of the order, even when Printful carries out the shipment.
The risk of damage or loss remains with the entrepreneur until the package is delivered to the consumer.

Article 7 Customs and international deliveries

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply to international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
The consumer will be informed about this on the website.

Article 8 Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the legal right to cancel the purchase within fourteen days of receipt.
The consumer reports the revocation in writing by e-mail or via the contact form.
After this notification, the consumer has fourteen days to return the product.
The product must be unused and in its original condition. If the value diminishes due to further use than necessary to assess the product, a portion of the purchase price may be deducted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or personalized specifically for the consumer. Print-on-demand products fall under this category when the design is specifically made for the consumer. The entrepreneur will clearly indicate on the product page when this applies.

Article 9 Returns for incorrect or damaged products

We want every product you receive to be correct.
If an item has been incorrectly delivered, has arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing error, the consumer must contact us within fourteen days of receipt.

The notification includes photos and the order number so we can quickly assess it.
The entrepreneur carefully reviews the complaint and, if necessary, contacts the supplier for an appropriate solution such as replacement or refund.

In most cases, the product does not need to be returned. The retailer will always let you know when this is necessary.
The consumer will be informed in a timely manner about the outcome and next steps.

Article 10 Returns for incorrect size or consumer choice

The products are made to order. Therefore, they cannot be returned if the customer chooses the wrong size, color, or variant, or if the customer changes their mind.

If the entrepreneur does allow a return in exceptional cases, the costs of the return shipment are for the consumer, unless stated otherwise.

The webshop clearly states when returns are not possible for these reasons.

Article 11 Refund

After a correct revocation or an approved complaint, the entrepreneur will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days after confirmation.
The entrepreneur may wait with reimbursement until the product has been received or until it has been demonstrated that the product has been returned.

Article 12 Prices and payment

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
Any additional costs such as shipping costs, customs fees or other charges will be clearly stated in advance.
Payment is made using the available payment methods in the webshop. Order processing begins once payment is completed.

Article 13 Warranty and conformity

The entrepreneur guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
If a product has a defect that was not caused by the consumer, the entrepreneur will provide replacement, repair or refund.
Consumer statutory rights remain fully applicable.

Article 14 Liability

The entrepreneur's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product unless legal provisions prescribe otherwise.
The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect damage.
Consumer statutory rights always remain unaffected.

Article 15 Privacy

The entrepreneur processes personal data solely for the purpose of handling orders and improving services.
Personal data is shared with Printful when this is necessary for the production or shipping of the order.
The website contains a privacy statement in which the consumer can find further information.

Article 16 Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted via email or contact form.
The entrepreneur will respond within fourteen days.
If a complaint requires more time, the consumer will be informed within the same period about the expected handling time.

Article 17 Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the entrepreneur's control, such as production delays at Printful, transport problems, disruptions or natural disasters, the performance of the agreement may be suspended.
The entrepreneur informs the consumer in a timely manner and looks for a suitable solution.

Article 18 Intellectual property

All designs, photos, texts, and images in the webshop are the property of the entrepreneur or are used with the permission of the copyright holder.
It is not permitted to copy or use these commercially without permission.

Article 19 Changes to terms and conditions

The entrepreneur may amend these terms and conditions. The current version will be published in the webshop.
The terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering continue to apply to orders.

Article 20 Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
